Yes. Unlock the name at your current registrar, request the authorisation code and start the transfer here. The remaining registration period is preserved and a year is added on top.
You are the registrant either way. The registrar record carries your details, and WHOIS privacy — an optional yearly add-on — substitutes forwarding contacts in the PUBLIC record without changing who holds the name.
Auto-renew is on by default and reminders start well before expiry. After expiry a name enters a redemption window during which it can still be recovered rather than being released immediately.

Premium DNS is a paid upgrade that moves the zone onto an anycast network: your records are held on servers worldwide and each lookup is answered by the nearest one, which shortens the first step of every visit. It adds enterprise DDoS protection, unlimited records, IPv6, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC support.
No. One order covers the single domain it was bought for and cannot be moved to another. There is one plan, which can be neither upgraded nor downgraded.
The plan carries a monthly query allowance that is generous for ordinary business use. Sustained use above it is charged as an overage, and you would be told before anything was stopped.
This is the one to know before buying. If the order lapses it is suspended and the domain stops resolving — the site and its mail go dark. A renewal grace period matching the domain's own follows, and after that the service and every record held in it are deleted. Keep your own copy of your records, and keep the service renewed.
There is no money-back guarantee on Premium DNS on its own. If you bought it during a domain registration and that domain is deleted within its money-back period, it is refunded with the domain.
