Yes. A free Let’s Encrypt certificate is generated and installed for every domain on the package when the order completes, and renewed for as long as the service runs. A certificate you already hold elsewhere cannot be moved onto it.

No — this product does not include cPanel, and we would rather say so here than let you find out afterwards. The site is run from the WordPress dashboard, and the service from the hosting panel that comes with the order. No. Each plan runs the number of separate WordPress installations stated on its card, and a Multisite network is not one of the things it can be turned into.

Yes. Any third-party email service works with the domain. If the domain is using the nameservers this hosting provides, tell us which service you have chosen and we will publish the records it needs.
