Scope
These terms would cover the hosting, domain, server and email services described in the catalog, and the accounts through which they are managed.
The catalog currently describes products that cannot be bought. Prices shown are indicative figures chosen to design the interface, not offers.
Accounts
Service would be provided to an identified account holder responsible for the details given at sign-up and for activity under the account.
No account system exists yet. Nothing typed into this site creates an account, and no credentials are issued or accepted.
Billing
Plans would be billed in advance for the cycle chosen — monthly or annually — and registrations for the term selected at the point of purchase.
No payment is taken anywhere on this platform. There is no card form, no processor and no invoice.
Availability and support
Any availability commitment would be stated in a service level agreement published alongside these terms, with its own measurement method and remedies.
No such agreement has been published, and no availability figure on this site should be read as a commitment.
Acceptable use
Services would not be usable for activity that is unlawful, that damages the network, or that interferes with other customers.
