The platform
A hosting business, without the infrastructure.
You sell the accounts, set the prices and keep the customer relationship. The machines, the patching and the network are ours.
WHM and cPanel
Create, size and suspend customer accounts from WHM, and hand each customer their own cPanel.
Sold under your name
Your customers deal with your brand. Digipacket does not appear in front of them.
Resources per plan
Storage, bandwidth and the number of accounts are stated on each plan, so you can price yours against a real figure.
You set the prices
What you charge and how you package it is your decision — this is capacity, not a franchise.
Nothing to operate
No hardware, no operating system, no patch window. The layer under your accounts is maintained for you.
Support that answers
A human on the other end when one of your customers finds something you cannot explain.
Questions
Before you decide.
You buy one package of disk space and bandwidth, then divide it into smaller hosting packages and sell those under your own name. WHM is where you create each package and hand it to a customer; the customer gets a cPanel of their own for the package you made them.
Two. WHM gives you administrative control of the whole reseller package, and every account you create inside it comes with its own cPanel — so a customer manages their own site without reaching anything of yours.
From WHM. You decide how much of your storage and bandwidth each package gets, create it, suspend or resize it later, and manage every account from the same place.
It depends on the plan — the cPanel account count, storage and bandwidth are stated on each card above rather than left vague. Pick the plan that covers the customers you have, and move up as you win more.
WHMCS — client management, support and billing in one — is supported on Advance, Pro and Ultimate, and each card above says so. It is a separate licence rather than part of the plan price; buy it from your service page once the hosting is running.
What the card says: bandwidth is stated per plan, from the smallest to the largest, and so is storage. Both are the figures the platform bills against, which is why they are printed rather than described as generous.
No. Reseller hosting is white-label: your customers see your brand and use their own cPanel. The infrastructure behind it is not something they deal with.
The accounts. Everything below them — hardware, operating system, patching, network — is maintained for you, which is the difference between reselling and running a VPS.
Yes. You are buying capacity, and how you package and price it is entirely your decision.
If you build or maintain sites for other people, one reseller package holds all of them instead of several shared plans billed and managed separately — which is usually cheaper and always less to keep track of. It also lets you sell hosting alongside what you already do, or as a business of its own.
Yes. Softaculous is integrated on every reseller plan, so WordPress and the usual applications install from the panel rather than being uploaded and configured by hand.
Yes. It is not something you can do yourself from your account yet, so get in touch and we will move you up — said plainly here rather than leaving you to hunt for a button that does not exist.
Yes — thirty days, no questions asked. If the platform is not what you expected, tell us inside the first month and you get your money back.
Linux covers PHP sites, which is most of the web and almost certainly most of your customers. Choose Windows reseller hosting only if the customers you are selling to run ASP.NET or need MSSQL. Nothing stops you holding both.
We support you, and we are honest about the limit: we do not deal with your customers directly. They are your customers and your brand is the one in front of them, so questions come to you and come to us only if you cannot answer them. Reach us from the contact page whenever that happens.
Sell hosting, not servers.
Your brand and your prices, on infrastructure somebody else keeps running.
