Mostly, and the honest answer is that nobody can promise more than that. A receiving server decides for itself what to accept and what to file as junk, and no provider controls that decision. What a provider does control is the reputation of the addresses it sends from, and Titan runs and maintains its own — which, along with DKIM signing on your domain, is most of what separates mail that lands in an inbox from mail that lands in a spam folder.
